Who we are

The Rize Group FZ-LLE, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading as Mykonos Table, is the controller of the personal data described here. Mykonos Table is part of the Table network that also runs dubaitable.com, and table requests from this site are handled by the same reservations team.

For anything in this policy, including access and deletion requests, write to [email protected] or message +971 50 226 1662 on WhatsApp.

The short version

We collect what you type into a request form, and use it to arrange that request with the venue. We do not sell your data. We do not run accounts, payments or advertising pixels on this site.

Table requests

When you send a request we store your name, WhatsApp number, optional email, the venue, dates, number of guests and anything you write in the notes. We use them to ask the venue for your table and to reply to you on WhatsApp. We share the details a venue needs to hold the table (name, date, party size, relevant notes) with that venue and its reservations team.

Requests are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure, in the same database as dubaitable.com requests, and our team receives an email copy. We keep them while they are useful for your booking and our records, and delete them on request unless we must keep them for a confirmed booking.

Stored in your browser only

The venues you mark as Been here, Want to visit or add to a list, and the contact details you last used in a form (so you don't retype them), are kept in your browser's local storage. They are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Measurement

We count page views with our own first-party counter, which stores a daily-rotating hash rather than your IP address, and we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read. Google Analytics sets its own cookies; it receives technical browser information, not anything you type into a form.

Who your data reaches

Cloudflare (hosting, always). The venue you ask about (only the details needed for your table). Meta, if you contact us on WhatsApp. Google, for analytics as above.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected]. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
